Heather Adkins will launch her new book, What do you see? on Saturday, February 12 at 2 p.m. at the Confederation Centre Public Library. In the book, Adkins, who was raised in Kenya, explores the differences and similarities that are found in the everyday lives of two little boys from two completely different cultures. The book is geared toward ages two to eight but has a message that applies to all ages.
The Writing Pool 
I am the Teacher Librarian at West Royalty School. The first week of May I am having a Library Week celebration and inviting in “Mystery Readers” to read a short story to a class of students. We have many EAL students at our school and I feel that her visit to our school and reading her book would be a wonderful experience for all!
