2010 Short Story Writing Contest
Entries:
Limit of 2500 words
Submissions accepted in English, French, and Italian
No previously published or simultaneous submissions. Multiple entries welcome
Not restricted to Canadian writers and/or writers Italian descent.
Anyone can enter.
Contest entrants have two options for submitting their manuscripts:
1. By snail mail
Send 3 copies of manuscripts; manuscripts will not be returned
Blind judging, entrant’s name should not appear on the manuscripts.
Provide a separate sheet with name, address, telephone number, e‐mail and word count
Manuscripts must be typed, double‐spaced, with the title appearing on each numbered page
2. By email
Send your manuscript as an email attachment (Word doc or rtf document) to:

Entry Fee
$20 Canadian, $15 US, and $10 (Canadian) for AICW members for each entry
Payment may be made either by cheque or money order made out to the Association of Italian Canadian Writers to the address below. For those with PayPal accounts, payment may be made to mmirolla@rogers.com.
Prizes
First prize of $500.
2nd prize of $250.
Winners will be contacted by phone or e‐mail and posted on AICW website: http://www.aicw.ca
